  • Yes, exactly. I have absolutely zero doubt it's all oriented towards himself. The name of the game is to get personal self-interest to align with the greater good. And that's why you have a little thing called "negotiation" that those who seem to have spent their formative years believing Championship Manager is the real deal appear to struggle to understand.
