My views on Dembele? I'll miss him, if sold, similarly to how GBLB expresses it further down, but I actually think we'll get one more season before we wave the white flag and give in to the more illustrious suitors for his signature.

Didn't get much game time on loan to Milan (8 games, 1 goal) coming on mainly as a sub.

- The team play in a similar way to the first team,pass and move,in last weeks game minkwitz was the hub much like DM. The winger Banga was the difference in the 2nd half, able to get behind the opposition defence. According to the Daily Mail, Man Utd has a debt of �420 million.Debt payments on that are �250,000 per day. They are �26 million worse off than a year ago.
It seems unlikely that Man City will have to worry too much about their neighbours in years to come.

- That article is so badly written as to be farcical. They have reduced debt by pver �60million from cashflow that is not a cost to the business it is the interest which is the cost . Our boss has given us new terms of employment contract to sign. It includes things like a change of leaving notice from 1 month to 3 months.
What happens if we do not sign the new contract, does the old contract still apply?

- If your employer changes the terms of your contract and informs you in writing and you continue to work in the company and continue to take a salary then the fact you haven't signed the new terms is irrelevant, by taking the salary and continuing to work you are in fact accepting those terms under an implied contract. Dear Residents

You may be aware that Chelsea FC are planning to hold a victory parade if they happen to win the Champions League Final. I am praying that they don't as the disruption to many of you could be quite severe. It is a private event hosted by Chelsea FC and it is they who have applied to the council and had the road closures authorised. The parade starts at 4pm but I am told that the road closures will be in place from 9am. I have put forward my argument on behalf of the residents and this was raised at a meeting today, but I have had little success. The final plans have been posted onto the Chelsea FC website and on there is a map of the closures and restrictions on the day. There are 72 closure points which is too many for me to list in enough detail.

Please visit www.chelseafc.com (link may not work). Under the news section there is an article named 'News of possible parade' and under this article are the maps and restrictions.

If Chelsea lose the event will be cancelled.

I think some people need tio get a bit of perspective when it comes to Dembele.

Yes, he is a decent player, pleasing on the eye etc etc, but he only ever seems to beat anyone when he is more than 30 yards from goal, put him on the edge of the area and he freezes. He has scored very few, and has a few assists granted, but the way people are talking on here is like he is some kind of irriplacable superstar worth �20m who wopuld walk into any team in the league.

I'd rather he stayed than went, but if he goes i'll still sleep at night.

We would all want them to stay at Fulham for as long as possible. Ideally until the end of their careers and for Dempsey to score 30 goals next season and Dembele to be player of the year.

HOWEVER

Fulham is a business, we are where we are because of a very rich man. That man has provided �200 million to get us where we are, however he is a rich man because he is also not stupid and a very good businessman.

What good businessman would allow an asset worth �20M at least, to be allowed to run down to nothing and then lose the lot in one year ?

If Dembele and Dempsey can be persuaded to sign new improved contracts then great. However Fulham can not compete with MUCH richer clubs who could easily double or treble their wages and provide a bigger stage and more of chance of winning trophies.

In the same way, many many other clubs can't compete with Fulham and we will continue to aquire players from these smaller clubs.

Thats the way it works, yes I really hope these 2 sign and stay, however I am a realist and suspect its unlikely. We just need to make sure we get a good price and then replace with good enough. We desperately need a couple of good strikers and the potential money from the above could help also provide this.

We can all dream and who knows what will happen, however I prefer to remain realistic.

Is there anyone all jokes aside... That thinks selling Dembele is a good idea? Further to that for anything less than 30 million? For me he is by far the most gifted player I gave ever seen at Fulham. I personally would pay the season ticket fee alone to watch him play. Those of you who think he isn't any good and for an attacking mid player doesn't score enough goals etc... Well, considering he plays the defensive midfield role and dominates in posseion I'm shocked. He also has the most tackles for a Midfield player in our squad. Fulham Football Club have set their sights on Gary Hooper.

Martin Jol has enjoyed an impressive debut season at Craven Cottage, and he is determined to build on this progress next term when he wants to challenge for Europe.

The Dutch coach will be given cash to spend when the transfer window reopens, and it is believed he has set his sights on a deal for Celtic ace Hooper.

The former Scunthorpe United striker has hit 24 goals as the Bhoys won the title, and it would take a fee in the region of �6million to land the 24-year-old.

And there's every chance he will, as by his own admission he said he was just using Fulham as a stepping stone when he signed. Since Kenny was sacked, there�s been a lot of speculation in my head as to whether or not I�d be prepared to manage Liverpool. If they�re looking for an ambitious manager who bleeds ambition and knows what it takes to have ambition, to hold it, to embrace it and talk about it during press conferences, then of course I'd be interested. If the guys in charge are as ambitious as I think they are - and �35m for Andy Carroll and �16m for Jordan Henderson suggests they are - they�ll be looking to get someone in with a proven track record of unfettered ambition. I�m a man who�s not afraid to reach for the stars and go for gold. You give me a pound, I want two; that�s just the kind of guy I am.

I've always been ambitious. I was doing an incredible job for Wales, but when the FAW refused to back me in the transfer market, it was obvious that I'd have to go elsewhere to fulfill my ambition. Standing still is for statues - it was time to move on.

At Blackburn, I was the most successful manager in the club's history, but when my Special adviser, Kia Joorabchian, told me that Man City were interested and willing to pay �90,000 a week to Wayne Bridge, it looked like I'd finally found a club where I could realise my ambition of fulfilling my ambition. I took Man City to sixth � they said it couldn�t be done � but I knew better than anyone just what I was capable of, and whilst there, I put together what many consider to be the most exciting and successful side that they�ve ever had at City. Unfortunately, the owners took a different view and the rest is history. We move on.

It wasn't long before I was approached by Fulham. Kia explained that Fulham were the first club to pay a player �100 a week and that they�d once spent �13m on Steve Marlet, so they weren't totally without ambition. Daytime telly�s a load of rubbish, so I took the job. But you wouldn�t believe the mess I inherited at Fulham. Hodgson, had struggled to keep Fulham out of the bottom thirteen in his first full season and had then walked out after a disastrous campaign in Europe, leaving behind a fractured squad bereft or talent, hope or organisation. People told me to walk away, that no-one could keep that side up � nobody thought we had a hope in Hell, but the players listened to what I had to say and I turned the club around. Eighth place was a magnificent achievement, but if a shark stops swimming it drowns. At the back of my head was a nagging feeling that I should be managing one of the elite clubs - one of the European giants - and every day I spent at Motspur Park offended my sense of ambition. Mourinho at The Bernabeu whilst I was at The Cottage - it didn't make sense.

I can take a hint, so when Chelsea sacked Ancelotti, I activated the walk-away-in-the-name-of-ambition clause that I�d insisted on, and waited for the call to Cobham. Clearly intimidated by my ambition and the demands I'd be placing upon his finances, Abramovich went for AVB instead. Villa were now on the look-out for a new manager. They�re not what you�d call a �massive� club, but they won the European cup once, spunked �24m on Darren Bent and their wage bill was out of control; it was a job I could take without debasing myself. The way I saw it, I'd go in, do my thing and twelve months later I'd be working my magic at Camp Nou. The fact that they didn�t interview me tells you everything you need to know about their ambition. Kia then asked me if I�d be interested in the Sunderland job. I wasn�t. But Kia pointed out that they'd once been called the 'Bank of England club' and had broken the transfer record to sign Len Shackleton. It sounded promising, but Ellis Short bottled it and appointed Yes-man, MON instead. I was beginning to think that football in this country had become small, that people had stopped dreaming, but then I got a call from QPR.

When I interviewed Tony Fernandes, I immediately warmed to the guy; no experience in the game, bags of ambition, childlike naivety and a willingness to operate a recklessly unsustainable wage bill. He reminded me of Al Fayed in his early days at Fulham. I gave him five minutes to pitch the club to me and he impressed me with his ambition, "Mark, what we have here is the potential to do something extraordinary. I'm not going to lie to you, Loftus Road, the training ground, the tiny crowds, players like Paddy Kenny...it's like the rest of the game moved on, but we're somehow stuck in 1987. But Mark, I have a vision for this club. When I started Air Asia, I re-mortgaged my house and bought a wing - - one wing - no fuselage, no seats - nothing � but it was a start. We had a vision, worked hard and now I'm one of the world's biggest self-publicists. I'm everywhere you look. We have a strategy Mark, we're putting together an elite team of superstars � we're paying SWP sixty thousand a week and Barton gets eighty. If you want the best, you have to pay for the best....and we'll give you three million a year to manage them". Sixty grand a week for SWP? This guy was certainly ambitious. I explained to Tony that everyone who�d played alongside me for Wales would be joining the payroll too, and after a quick check with Kia to see if anyone else had come in for me, I put pen to paper on a three year deal.

My record at QPR speaks for itself - when I walked into the club, the team were seventeenth in the table and in serious trouble. I got the lads together, explained what it was that I wanted from them, added more than �10m to the annual wage bill, and by the time the season finished, I'd led the club to seventeenth place. The club's highest finish for sixteen years. Remarkable.

Back in January, Tony Fernandes sold me a fantasy, but four months on, all I have is broken promises: there�s still no new stadium, we're still training on a park out by the airport and we haven't signed anyone since January. I feel let down. I�m still ambitious � I want to win the league without conceding a goal, I want a number one single and I want to be the first football manager in Space - but I'm beginning to wonder if I can realise those ambitions at QPR. So, if the Liverpool board can demonstrate a willingness to say yes to me at all times, then I think we can work something out.

With all this speculation about Dempsey and dembele , I think it's nice to see the club make an effort to fight for players , after all a lot of clubs are after him and it's nice to see us a favourites to sign . I really hope Fulham hold out selling Moussa, the guy is a real gem and I honestly think he could walk in any team in the league. I am always on for him to punish the team adn hurt them where we can score not on the half way line and I think this is coming to his game plus goals, I think we will see 10 goals form him next year.

I honestly think if we could keep hold of him and Dempsey we could really push on with 2 quality added team members.

Credit where credit is due to people at the club, Dembele was lined up before Hughes come, Hodgson could of had him but he decided not to bring him to FFC, 1 good thing under Hughes he took Demebele on and with Jol now, whatever his faults I think we will see more exciting football next year and I hope we can really push on.
