Subject: No but as I suggested the other day , the Footballing side of FFC is of far lesser importance to them . Whilst PL Existence - nothing beyond -is the height of ambition , then it shouldn’t be difficult to find a replacement to deliver just that ; much as they’d prefer it to be Silva. Can you imagine them being ‘controlled ‘ in this way in any of their other Ventures ?

  • The football side of operations is closed for 6 weeks. There isn't really a need for a manager to look after a closed shop. Someone needs to be in place just before the start of pre-season. Of course the uncertainty is a problem for some people who are yet to renew ST but not for everyone. It's a fabricated soap opera. Personally, I think he has taken us as far as he can and isn't an elite club class manager. .
