Subject: New broom - who wins, who loses?

So, irrespective of who comes in next to replace Silva, what players do you think will be most worried with him gone, and which the most pleased?

In the worried column I have:
*Andersen. With his price tag no longer over the coach's head, he'll surely no longer be the guaranteed starter he once was.
*Sess. He had the hardest time at Spurs and fought his way back to relevance under Marco. With just one year left on his contract, he has to be worried.
*ESR. See Andersen. He's going to be more under the microscope now without regard to his price. Though maybe a new manager will see him wide left where he had his best season, moving Iwobi right or in the No. 10. For this reason I don't think Josh King will be as worried as he might otherwise be, losing the manager giving him his first starts.
*Kevin/Muniz. This is less because of what Marco did for them (Kevin for example seems to be strangled a little) and more for the end of the Portuguese-speaking culture at the club.

In the opportunity column I see perhaps only:
* Diop/Cuenca: See Andersen and also possibility of some more three at the back systems.

We've got the basis of a good squad which could be even better with some astute additions. And some players may start delivering more under a new guy with fresh ideas. It's all good. I think ESR, Kevin, Bobb will be happy. It hasn't happened for them under Marco, partly due to the increasingly rigid and restrictive way we attack. Any of them might have a new lease of life in a system where we move the ball quicker and give players a bit of actual space to work in. Likewise Muniz might actually get some service rather than constantly battling for scraps.
