Having the benefit of a close season interval, head coach and support staff appointments can be carefully looked into once the many facets of FFC club matters are hopefully reviewed with a careful look at ways of attracting young talent.

MS tenure produced best ever league finishes. Overall, the squad is not young. A rebuild has been started. Owners actual football ambitions appear lukewarm with a status quo of assett value being a priority very unlike fan base need to see progress towards significant silver.

The underlying reasons for MS leaving might be interesting.
