Subject: I love a conspiracy theory, but not for mine... season blew up after West Ham due to the disgraceful VAR overturning of the TC penalty which was as far removed from a 'clear and obvious error' as it is possible to be... Raul was on the pitch, we go 1 up, probably win... instead, they score soon after, then comes Southampton and, admiitedly, the bizarre line uo... the rest is history. VAR cost us Europe, not Silva who seemed to lose a bit of drive because he'd 'lost the room'.
