Subject: To be honest, I think compromise is the oil that allows the wheels of business to turn, so I don't get hung on these issues like you. I think that maybe you are a bit too polarised in your thinking. You continually long for change where you have no power to influence change. It's like you keep on trying to hammer a bent nail into wood. What a waste of your energy.
