When Marz suggested that they all go to the hotsprings to celebrate and relax, Isobel grinned. She was tired but her bruises could surely use a nice warm soak, and her shoulder hurt like a bitch.

She stood up, taking Ravin's hand and tugging him toward the door. "I will give you a nice massage in the warm water, Seņor Ravin." She grinned. "For medical purposes, of course."

When they arrived at the hot springs Isobel stripped to her underwear and slipped into the water alongside Ravin, sliding in front of him with her back to him as she leaned against him, her head on his shoulder. She smiled as he slid his arms around her.

"This is very relaxing," she said softly, turning to face him, her lips finding his as she kissed him softly. She ran her fingers through his hair and whispered, "I am very glad the puppets and golems did not seriously injure you, Ravin. I am growing quite fond of you, I think."
