I think talk radio is great these days. It is very refreshing to hear people talking about our country in a positive way and espousing old-fashioned values that were once the cornerstone of America. Conservative talk-shows stand for the kind of beliefs that many people in America today are starting to hang on to--strong family values, small government, God's presence emmshed in our country as it always has been in the past, and expecting our leaders to be people of integrity--honest and dignified. We, as a country, feel proud of our country once again. We now have leaders who are strong and will not play games with despotic rulers who have the ability to annihilate us. We feel safer now and we've gotten our respect back, as a country. That's why people are drawn to conservative talk radio show, I feel. They remind us that America is best when we keep God in it and when we have leaders we can respect.

[> [> [> So what you're saying is, that talk radio is great now because the hosts are saying things that you agree with. Those of us that miss the old style want talk radio that challenges us to think, to question what we believed, and to present ideas that we might not have considered. It's easy to do a show that is basically preaching to the choir, and that's what most hosts do today. -- Richiep, 01:55:55 05/28/03 Wed
