Subject: Johnny is right, and I know from experience: as long as they'd run Imus's spots, PHT could've gone live & local. But some logistical questions: who would've hosted the show? What do you do for live updates, force KYW's reporters into double-duty? And during big news like this, don't people tend to go to KYW first anyway? WPHT going live & local would've been a lot of effort for little gain. They may have been better off with Imus on tape.
