Since the majority of PHT's programming is syndicated, what exactly does the Program Director "direct"? It doesn't seem like a part-time job warrants a full-time salary. How do you "direct" talk talent that doesn't work for you specifically? I don't know how long PHT can get away with this with only a 2 hour commitment.
