Subject: Smerc's contract is with Viacom/CBS/Infinity. Ch. 6 is ABC/Disney so locally you won't see him there. Ch. 3 is the CBS station where you'll see him. Of course any such restrictions are counterproductive given the fact that they are inside the Ch. 10 building and could (should) be providing content for that newscast.
