Subject: Duncan’s sooo kawaii! I thought it was cute when he had a sticker on his light mallet, but him having a sucker is soooo adorable! (Just had to get that out. ^_~ V) (Amanda: Tay, you worry me sometimes.)

What had he said? Ladies first? Yeah, right. Like that matters in a battle. But Tay was still a little distracted by the Book. The words upon were all too familiar. She swore that she had seen and heard those words before, but the where, when, and what they meant evaded her. She didn’t tend to dwell long on the thought anyway.

Tay shrugged. “Fine. Whatever way you like it.” She winked, then thrust her arm out with a flick of her wrist as her ax appeared out of Hammerspace, and twirled it into position. “Oh, and just to warn you, Iggy, I always like to play with my prey before I devour it.” Her face then displayed the all-too-famous, all-too-familiar smile that was known among her Sayin half of her family. It was a front, of course. Iggy told her he came prepared. She just didn’t that prepared. Especially with that Book hanging off a pocket-watch chain. He wasn’t gonna use all that stuff, surely? She was a priestess, yes. But in TRAINING. Didn’t anybody catch that? Didn’t anybody notice the pale blue crescent upon her brow was only outlined? That the reason she wore a silver circlet was because she couldn’t wear a gold one? She couldn’t even wear the dark blue robes of a priestess just yet. Not even the blue ribbons that most priestesses wear in their braids the first few months after their initiation, just to celebrate the fact that they in the ‘in-crowd’!

Tay turned her mind off that and concentrated her energy into her weapon. Iggy may have came prepared, but Tay did have a few tricks up her sleeve. Tay not only focused on her weapon, but the movement of her body and the movement of her opponent’s body as well. Only a small bit of her was aware of the other people in the room. Her tail twitched loose of it’s bindings beneath her short white dress and curled loosely around one of her legs down to her dark, mid-calf boots.

“Are you going to power up all day, or are we gonna battle?” inquired Iggy.

“Exactly what I was wondering,” muttered Amanda, her wings still present.

A thought crossed Tay’s mind. Marius fought Amanda in order to prepare her for something, and accidentally ended up making her feel like a whore. Was Iggy doing the same with her (Minus the whore part)? One way to find out.

Tay rushed at Iggy with her ax filled with power of electricity and energy emanating from her own body, her mind racing, preparing to call ‘them’ if needed...

--Whaddya think? Oh, you pronounce the name like it looks.
