I really hope that scytale loses his nullentrophy tube of cells. I loved the early characters, but their time has passed and it would be disheartening to see Paul getting his butt kicked by a more superior atriedes descendant.

I think Miles Teg and Duncan are the future and bringing back Paul, Chani, Gurney and Gang wouldnt really solve or help anything. It would be nice to see Paul and Chani living happily ever ...but i see them being recreated and used as pawns and that disturbs me.

I've been reading and rereading the Dune Universe for a decade now and I am still trying to figure it all out...but it seems to me that bringing those people back would be a step in the wrong direction. It would almost be sign of Leto's plan failing. But this is just my latest hypothesis...it would help if i was a mentat.
