i was trying to figure out how the scattered peoples navigated space with a limited amount of spice. they must have come up with something entirely on their own.this may or may not be something to do with the agent orange in the hm's eyes. there was some significant body chemistry done with/to the hm's. maybe a tleilaxu thing. they used ixian machinery from the scattering as well.
