Fair comment. However does that mean that there's no point trying to improve the town because local hoodies will ruin it anyway? And if we should, then where should such an area be based? In a wooded area, which could be cleaned up, or in the middle of town choking on traffic fumes?

Maybe it is doomed to failure but then they are often condemned for not being imaginative enough so it's a bit harsh to shoot them down so quickly. And I'm not BGCBC's biggest fan btw.
