What about Rhiw Parc, beautiful in the summer overlooking Abertillery, the traffic no worse than oak Street. The site of the old baths in Division Street an abomination for years but could be a nice place to sit. All can be seen if we are looking for a pat on the back and in view of the CCTV. Nothing wrong in cleaning the area by the river but why waste money which could be better spent somewhere else.

      - Because Abertillery isn't high on BGBC's priorities - these things will be encouraged in Ebbw Vale, Tredegar and even Brynmawr by the council but you lot in Abertillery have no chance as they will fob you off with a few sops such as a decked platform as no one ever complains......         Re: I agree Ebbw Vales now have the shop canopies originally intended for Abertillery in the plans. lord knows had has happened o the new library we were promissed nothing seems to be happening there.
