As I suggested on a previous thred why couldn't they have put the new library/learning centre in the building,it makes more sense than sticking it on the end of Tillery St.There would be plenty of room to park,I'm sure Tesco's could be coersed into letting people on and off their bus at the entrance. What's more although in need of some repair the building's already there,it is probably bigger and must be a less expensive option to the one they're planning to undertake. The idea that if it's in Town it would attract more people into the centre is in my opinion a non starter, the current library is in a poor position in regards access Tillery St would be the same.
