Why should the disabled be resricted to getting on and off busses to attend the library/learning centre and have access to other amentities at the same time, surely they are entilted to same privillages as those more able bodied. The buses are not always suitable for prams,pushchairs or wheelchairs, Not all households have cars, Many of the elderly handicapped and disabled would be forced to be reliant on carers or relatives to take them and pick them up they would have no more independence than they have now in it's present position.
