Subject: Anne of Green Gables

Aww, I just finished watching Anne of Green Gables on PBS and I LOVED it! Have you seen it? I think Anna said she had the videos. I taped it off the TV but there are fundraising stuff in between...guess I'll have to edit it out. But gosh, that was such a good movie!

I've read 99% of everything Lucy Maud Montgomery has written so it's no surprise I'm a big fan of the Anne of Green Gable series. This is the first time I've seen a film version of the book though, and it makes me want to read the entire series all over again. Gilbert Blythe is quite a cutie in the film. There's another student who looks a lot like Brian in BSB too...that was interesting!

After watching the movie, I thought, "Wouldn't it be nice to find a guy who saw you at your worse and still loved you for it?" Now that would be the ideal guy. He can really say he loves you for you. Most of the time, couples don't see the "true" person they're getting involved with until they've married and they finally feel secure enough to be themselves. But then it could still end (that's why there are divorce lawyers). I hope we all find someone to love us just for us...if not, then it's not worth sharing our lives with them, right?

Well, that was quite a ramble! Me go now...
Love ya! *hugs*
