AHHHH Yesterday was a dat from H-e-double hockysticks!! lol As I have mentioned my nurse has ben having a hard time getting my needle in and it has been hurting..well yesterday it took her about 13 pokes (not counting the numbing med poke) and I was hysterical I was in sooooooo much pain. So we got it kinda in and decided we needed to get a utrasound to see where this port has moved and what the heck is up. in the mean time I am in agnoy and can't bloice cause that doubles the pain. Plus even outside was hurting, from pokes and being washed over and over during the process. It was beet red and it hurt to even have my shirt on. And OF COURSE this had to happen AFTER 5 so guess where I had to go to have it done?? yup, ER. spent 6 HOURS there!! Took the unlrasound lady forever to get back to the hositpal (she was on oncall person) and unltrasound they have to push really really hard. Whih also hurts my ribbs alng with the port sight...showed diddly squat. So they decided to do a Xray and we found that the part that goes from the port into the vessle has come unscrewed. Tell me, does itmake sence to stick something inside you that just twists on and off? UGH so now I will have another operation so they can hook the darn things back together. In the mean time I have a IV in until we deciced to do on Monday. Plus, my nurse is going on vacation this week!!!!!!!!!!!! Her mom is visiting so she goes around with Terry and she is just the sweest thing, se was holding my hand and letting my squezze it when they were trying to et theneedle in the port. Once they got in the car Terry's mom said "Teryy! Did you have to hurt that poor thing so bad??" Terry stayed at the ER with us too, so that was nice.

Well, I am off to a family BBQ and it hurts to type so I gotta jam.

Jskee I am glad you liked our little gifts, the yo-yo was moms doing, lol, I was like a yo-yo? Well, that is interesting what Catherine thinks, obviously there is a tad misunderstandin there, so she may not even know what is going on, I think she really may not know. Who knows, aint life grand? I like you moving idea, lol ((((hugs)))) hang in there girl!!
