Ye Olde Cure for Sicknesse of the Infirmary

Hast thou the Infirmary ailment? Hast thou been force-fed vile concotions of the evile Sister? Then thou should make thy Infirmary Illness Potion of Healing.

Take thee:
1 cup of Honey
1 tsp of Nectar of Flower
1 cup of Milk
1 tsp of Sugar
1 freshly baked loaf of Bread
1 jar of Jam
1 case of Butter

Thou will not use all of thy jam or thy butter, worry not.

1) Stir thy Milk and Honey together, so they mix.
2) Add Nectar of Flower and mix.
3) Add Sugar and stir.
4) Add Butter to the Bread.
5) Smear Jam on the Bread.
6) Eat thy Bread-with-Jam-and-Butter.
7) Drink thy Milk-Honey-Nectar-of-Flower-and-Sugar.

There. Thou should be cured of thy ailment. The good food shalt do you much good.
