1 sprig angelica
1 sprig parsley
a foot of bandage
2 teaspoons of rosemary
1 cup water

Take a small pot, and make a fire. Add water to pot and boil over fire. Remove pot, let water cool down slightly, then pur on wound. Rip small peices of parsely and angelica, and smash rosemary to a pulp. apply onto bandage. Then, add the bandage onto the wound, the water and the poultice togethor makes a paste.
