When you are sad because the elders have scolded you, there's only one cure:

First, you need three bluberry scones smothered in honey and stuffed with candied chestnuts. Eat those as quickly as possible. Then scurry out to the starberry patch and eat at least 30 of the biggest, juicest berries you can find. After you have done that, drink at least one big glass of greensap milk, or you'll get a tummy ache.
