1 Scream your loudist, standing on a table in the Great Hall
2 Run to the kitchens and pinch a blueberry pie, and a tray
3 Gobble down the pie, no chewing.
4 Slide down the stairs of Cavern Hole and Great Hall on the tray
5 Run to the kitchens,again
6 Pinch a Woodland Trifle with extra cream and a huge bowl
7 Gobble down Woodland Trifle with extra cream and smear some cream on the walls
8 Run down to the pond
9 Scoop up a bowl of water
10 Pour onto an elder (preferably infrimery Sister, cos she gives out nasty phisicks)
11 Tell other Dibbuns to follow like wise

** If you get in trouble, smear left over cream form the trifle on the punisher**
