Peel a strip of Silver Birch bark from the tree, and hold it to your aching muscle.
Another cure-
Carline thistle as an antiseptic!
and yet another-
Angelica is good for coughs
and Marigold ointment-
a handful of fresh marigolds, boil with 200g vaseline. simmer for ten minutes, while stirring. press through a cheesecloth, and seal in jar! Wonderful for cuts, burns, and sores.
(each actually works!)
