| Subject: She said she wasn't in an 'intense' relationship, not that she wasn't in a relationship at all. She was talking about a movie script she's looking at where the plot involves an intense relationship and so the reporter asked if she herself was in an intense relationship. And since in movies, intense relationships usually has negative conotations, she probably equated the same meaning when describing her relationship. Did that make sense? Lol. Basically, intense has many meanings. |
