Snowbird checking in!

Well ... looks like things are starting to start up here. A good start would be to have RH's Paul on for more than ten minutes a week. Grin. Yeah ... all I want for Christmas is Paul, Santa baby. Unwrap him already.

Casting News is saying Grayson McCouch is out at the end of his contract in January. Damn. I hate Dusty and I was not keen on how GM played Dusty ... but I will always have a soft spot for GM because of his previous roles. Sniff. AND this means we won't get Dumily. Waaaahhhhh! I was really looking forward to Dumily ... especially since KMH was soooooo keen on it and sooooooo was looking forward to working with GM. She gushed quite a bit about it. Well, there is mention of a recast, so let's see what KMH has to say. re-Dumily might still be a go ... YaY!

Rosanna is almost gone. Cady McClain is gone ... and wasn't she just so brave to dump on her Story after the fact? Just like she did last time at AMC and the lastest time here and the lastestest time at AMC again. Kudos, Cady! I know some people think you're a flaky snivelly coward ... but you'll always be one of the top Soap Bitches to me. Grin.

CZP's Babs is getting a big Story based on her RL bout of cancer. I'm so happy that CZP beat it ... and that Babs will be getting some substantitive airtime. Yay! Hopefully this means more Paul, too! And ... maybe the upcoming pathos will re-adjust Will's long running and annoying attitude to not just his Mother ... but his Brother, too. Wednsday's episode had me shaking my head. Will not only reneged on his promises of forgiveness for Paul ... he again refused to accept responsibility for his actions in killing Rose. Teflon. Hey! You know what would be cool? Emily likes the young stuff ... maybe she and Will could have a go now that Dumily is up in the air? They both like to blame everyone but themselves ... they could shift their blame together! Heavy load ... the more hands the lighter. Yeah! But what to call them. Hmmmmm. Emily's new Willy. Hmmmmmmm.

With what little time he had yesterday ... RH again rocked Paul. I love that he took up for Babs. I love that he didn't argue with Will's uncalled for attack. I love Paul. With almost no dialogue ... RH again showed me Paul's heart. Love love love. RH makes everything worthwhile. Yes, he does.

Speaking of love ... I really enjoy Scott Bryce. I've said it before but I just have to say it again, I may HATE Craig ... but SB is the only reason I can at all understand Meg's feelings about him. Hunt Block just could not have made this work ... even when I used to love him his first years on the Show. No, it's SB's portrayal of Craig that makes me understand Meg's dilemma. And speaking of Meg ... KUDOS to MWil for terrific work in a thankless role. I really admire her.

And, better late than never, I guess ... the Weekly Promo. Very well done. Dramatic. Exciting. And ... loved the Paul and Meg flashbacks. I'll take what I can get. Hee!

I also have the blooper clip from ATWT.net with only the RH parts for anyone interested. I would have posted it ... but quite frankly I was taken aback by all the KMH gushers loving how she smacked RH on the head like a bad dog. Hmmmmph.

Anyway, looking forward to more Paul and I am excited about the Christmas Special Episode. Neat!

And don't forget, Santa ....... MORE Paul!

Oh, Cataz! I hear ya about Paul's son ... sob. I really hate baby in jeopardy stories. You remember how I screamed when Emily had that untested experiment done on Paul's baby's brain ... to get out of jail! I suspected then that that baby was just a plot point to redeem Emily. And I was right. So sad. Paul's daughter.
They just better not use Paul's son as a plot point. Babies are not bargaining chips. I had my fill of that atrocity with Emily ... I do NOT want to see it replicated with Craig. No, I don't.

What a difference they are showing with Meg as a caring mother, putting her child first no matter who the daddy, versus Emily, the crazy lunatic using her baby for her own benefits. This child is being loved by it's mama and true papa, eventho Paul believe's he belongs to another.
On another note -- did you see Cady's new blog? Gee, they didn't give her a cake, but Grayson got one.... boo-hoo, pout. Sad to hear production people were cut,, but the show will go on. I so agree, it is a "World" of difference, Cataz! Meg and Paul warm my heart. Emily was a monster to use Paul's daughter the way she did, not only to get out of jail ... but to also manipulate Paul. I'm still worried about the Craig factor though. Spoilers indicate that he doesn't go through with killing the baby but the Story isn't over ... Craig could still put the baby at risk again.

Yeah, a big boohoo to Ms. McClain. What a passive-aggressive little git. But ... that wasn't what really fried me. That link she's talking about further down goes to an old Richard Serra piece. It is basically art propaganda from back in the "The Medium is the Massage" days of the 70's. Bottom line? She's calling us idiots for watching the Show. I don't know what that makes her because she's bounced around soap for decades ... and I'm not buying her mealy mouthed disclaimer. If she thinks people who watch TV are witless morons who are tools of consumer manipulation ... maybe she better stop working in TV, huh? Thanks Tat....for all the heads up info. Guess Grayson will try pilot season again...he almost got a show last year. I hope to see more of CZP...glad she is getting a SL.....and Wow.....about her own RL illness, too. Hasn't RH and his Paul been wonderful, jazz? Sigh! RH just rocks it with all his co-players. It is really a shame that a section of RH's fans (cough) can't appreciate RH's portrayal of Paul because he isn't with a woman they want him to be with. I was glad that the Dr.'s made mention that there is a 75% chance that the baby will still be ok. I took that as a sign that even though Paul and Meg are both carriers of this disease, that the baby will still be ok. It will be nice to see Paul and Meg bonded TOGETHER, even if it is just to pray that their baby boy is not sick. I caught that Donna when I was getting clips and was relieved to know the baby's got a good chance of not being affected.
