Finally I've managed to drag Mum in front of the 'puter with the internet access. (These days she spends all her time in front of the other 'puter without the internet access. Whatever for is still a great mystery.) Missed you all so much!

Well, really Mum bought it for Mia, but my Friskies play tent fits in the cage better. So she gets that and I get the leopard print little house with two holes to look out of. We've now got everything ready for her coming home.

Our mum's been in contact with your Mum about Mia. We all hope she's going to be ok. We wanted to come and visit and bring her some tuna but Mum said it was too far,and she wasn't well enough for visitors yet. Love and big hugs from us.

Mum was taking far too long to dish up breakfast this morning, I was sitting on the worktop opposite her, so I jumped across to "help". I landed in the breakfast bowls, breakfast went everywhere and I broke the bowl too. Ooops.

It's vet time again, for a worm tablet and booster jabs. We all sang The Song nicely all the way there, then Martha did a solo verse in the waiting room, very embarrassing.

We three boys were as good as gold, but Martha scratched the vet, and ended up being wrapped up in a towel by the nurse for her tablet and jab. What a fuss to make!

I've found out that when Mum digs a hole she isn't digging it for me to use as a toilet. It's to plant things in.

While mum was walking to work yesterday, she saw a massive rat! I said I'd go and get it for her but she didn't want me to. She said it was horrible. (On second thoughts, it might be a bit scary to go and get a rat.)

People Magazine did a touching article on Martha Mavis Movie Star (the tabloids call her "Martha Mavis Moo Moo Fluff"). Rumor has it that she went to an exclusive Beverly Hills restaurant, had a little too much to drink and jumped up on a table. Naturally, the couple was surprised. They were just having a little candle light dinner. Martha singed her tail and caused the gentleman to knock over his wine glass. In Hollywood, it's hard to tell fact from rumor. How are you recovering, Miss Movie Queen?

She's got problems with a wisdom tooth, and her face is all swelled up. She's being very brave, and not complaining too much. She can't have any alcohol, because she's on antibiotics. We're being nice to her, and trying not to be too naughty!

Mwg didn't show up for his tea tonight when Mum came home from work. It's the first time he hasn't been there, at the front of the queue. Mum's been having such problems with her computer - we've never heard such language! She's been on the phone every night to the engineers trying to sort it. She has access to a computer at her job now, so she's typing this there. We'll let you know what happens!

Mum and dad were having a nice steak, with wine and candles on the table. Martha jumped up, stuck her tail in the candle, and set it on fire. Mum jumped up and flapped at her, Daddy knocked his wine all over the clean table cloth. Martha is ok, apart from a singed tail. Have you ever smelled roasted cat - bleugh!!!

Oh, what a visit! Apart from the overall heavenly visit,
Mom saw the Crouch cats. Martha looks gorgeous in her fur coat and flirted with Tony, a movie star's perogative.
Dan cuddled with Mom and gave her love bites -- the big baby!

Mwg is still the cute baby brother in his picture even though he has grown up! Once the baby of the family always so.

Edmond looked like a kitty rock star in his sleek black fur.

Mom then called Julie and wanted to call Princess Polly (the kitty beauty queen) to the phone, but she was having her beauty sleep. Sassy was pressing her tuxedo.

Mom will be back in Britain (Scotland) May 31 - June 6) and then will gush over the Murphy kitties. She had a great phone call to Julie and sent her some sleep socks -- oops I wasn't supposed to spill the beans.

Auntie Liz and Tony came all the way from America to see me. I made a big fuss of her. Dan slobbered all over her hand and bit her, Edmond was a bit shy, but came to say hello, and Mwg showed off by lying on his back with his legs in the air. She took Mum off for a meal, and said I was a pretty kitty!

A very Merry Christmas to all our friends out there. Mum and dad are drinking champagne at the moment, and clearing up loads of exciting wrapping paper. As fast as they gather it together, we're jumping on it. It's great fun. We thought Mum had got another pussy cat this morning, but it turns out to be a toy one. It's very real looking. Edmond beat it up, just in case. Daddy let us play with a shiny ribbon from one of his presents. Mwg chewed it until it was all soggy. We hope you all have a lovely Christmas, with lots of toys and treats. Love to you all. x x x x

Today we lost the best big "brother" in the whole world. Tonight he'll be playing with Charlie, Rosie, Tommy, Misty and Pandy, but we wish that he was here with us.

Tony will be in Scotland June 1-8 and I plan on making a second trip in the summer, maybe for a longer time.

When Liz comes over in January, she will gush over the Murphy kitties on the phone.

Don't worry, she'll give the Murphy cats all a cuddle, she's determined to.

She came home from work today and told us that "SHE'D BEEN CUDDLING A PUPPY!!!" We were all very shocked. She said it was a 12 week old baby Jack Russell, and it had floppy ears and a warm bald little belly. Well, whatever next!!

I'm doing much better this evening. Mum and Dad have been out all afternoon and I was starving when they got back. I even feel like playing ball again, but it hurts when I run.
