.mutant.vs.goddess.

See, what Tex didn't know was that Liam, himself, thought he was the mutant, and she was the goddess-type-thang. Deep down in his heart, he was convinced this whole Tex-and-Liam-together thing just wasn't going to work... simply because she was like a football-feild out of his league. But, Liam wasn't giving up on the idea of his first happily-ever-after just yet... nope, he wasn't even near the idea of leaving Tex's side. Actually, he'd pretty much sworn to her that he wouldn't leave... so, I suppose that was the plan: stick with this 'til things are truly screwy and Tex ends up screaming for Liam to leave her. The somewhat odd thoughts and ideas that were running through Liam's head just sort of stopped at Tex's breif breakthrough in talking. Although he'd claimed they had been going to fast, he kept her in his arms, so close that her breath literally became his. Silent and just thoughtful for a moment, Liam finally shifted his hazel eyes 'way and to the fire and murmured, "This doesn't seem real..." And it didn't, well... not to Liam. "Does it seem real? Is it... real? I just keep wishing, and hoping it is... and, I really want it to be real."
