Tex MacBride was far from being the normal girl that she was consistently pretending to be while in Liam's presence. And as I said before, Tex was not good at meeting new people, in fact.. she was downright crummy about it. Her hand was snug in Li's and her eyes were trained upon the ground that her flip flop clad feet kept touching down upon. Her other arm was wrapped around her middle as they approached the couple that had produced Liam, the couple who had given her her angel. Part of her couldn't wait to meet them, but the other half, the more evil half was afraid that they'd disapprove of her, that she wasn't really good enough for their angel, their bright light. She sniffs a little bit and steals a glance up at Li, her voice quiet as she speaks. "Li, I'm scared.. Help me out with this.. please?" Try to see her not scared! I think I'd be dying right about now (and not just by being on Liam's arm).
