Well, Tex was capable of blushing, and being the center of this crowd's attention was more nerve wracking than anything she'd ever quite experienced before. At the inquiry, her eyebrows rose a bit as she looks to Li, shrugging slightly before she moistens her lips. Though unknowingly, she'd kind of stepped a little bit closer to him to make sure she couldn't fall over or run away -- both things Tex was very good at. She slipped a piece of gum into her mouth and was chewing idely before she thoughtfully answer's Davey boi's question, "Talked.. You have no idea how scary you big guys can be.. Mr. Li here got me all brave and stuff." She gives a sort of sweet half-smile. This Dave guy kind of reminded her of a Ken doll, but that could have just been her. And don't get me wrong, Tex had nothing against Ken dolls, she found them actually quite attractive, yet still -- right now, this Dave guy didn't have a sort of soft cuteness about him.. and for Tex to kind of fall for anyone, there had to be a sort of teddy-bear quality to them. She chews idely upon her gum before looking back to Li once more, almost as if asking if she was doing okay. She looks back to Dave, "So, we miss anything out here?"
