She closes the book softly and simply looks at Owen, trying to gain insight on his thoughts, yeah, she had a creepy family - but he'd needed to know what he'd gotten himself into. Her now free hand soothes the stripped skin on her wrist, her eyes finally falling to the limb, "We can leave if you want, he doesn't need someone here while he sleeps.."
