I know what you are going through. I have a 2001 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 with the same problem. I took it to a Suzuki dealership in town and they hooked some targa switch to a rear connector to see what "fuel injection" code would come up. Code C46 came up on my display screen. I am waiting for a response from the dealership on Tuesday. Did you find out what was wrong with your bike or what code came up on your display screen?
