  Does anyone have a owners manual for a 98 GSXR 750 SARD they want to sell. I just bought the bike and there wasn't one included. Or can someone tell me, my gauge is telling me that I need to check oil, but when I look in the window the oil level is fine....does this mean that I need to do an oil change? or add some?

  Hi, I have a 1996 Suzuki GSX-R 750 SRAD and I've been having an off and on problem with starting it. Just recently this problem increased and now it seems the bike wont start when the bike gets hot (170+ degrees F). The starter seems to be doing its job, because the bike turns over fine and i've tried using a new starter and it still has the same problem. The bike also has a new battery. I was wondering if any of you die hard suzuki mechanics might have encountered this problem before. My next step is to replace the fuel pump, but I'd like to get your input on the matter before I spend 115 bucks on something i may not need.

• 86-87 gsxr750 carbs -- Chencer, 13:43:59 01/23/03 Thu
  I just bought a set of carbs, The guy said they were off of a 86 or 87 gsxr 750. They are flatslides they have no markings on them other then Mikuni corp. And very fadded numbers stamped on the right side that I think says SBA AND E52 underneath. They measure 30mm i.d. in the holes that go into the head. The slides are black plastic. Does anybody know what model they are? Or how I can find out what model they are?

  The big end has gone on my bike and my local garage can`t get into the crankshaft to check it out no matter what they do. Is there some kind of special way to get in there like using a special spray or something? The bike is an F plate (89/90) if that changes anything.

  I just bought a 1989 gsxr 750 froma dealer. There seems to something wrong with the bikes performance. It has a laser pipe on it and is very sluggish to around 7000rpm, when it cuts out before picking up again. The engine seems fine and it doesn't blow smoke. Is this just a dyno problem?

  I HAVE A 92 MODEL GSXR750. WHEN THE FUEL PETCOCK IS IN THE PRIME POSITION THE BIKE RUNS FINE.BUT WHEN IT IS IN EITHER THE RUN OR RESERVE POSITION IT WILL NOT RUN.

Someone advised me to trt replacing the throttle body sensor..PROBLEM SOLVED.. Try postin your question in the tech. board... good luck

  I have a 03 GSX-R 750 with less then 100 miles on it. I'm having problems when I start it in the morning.It will not kick into High Idle when you try to start it.When it starts it will idle around 1 gr.and surge until it warms up then it will clear itself.Its been to my local shop for a week and they said they checked everything and cannot find anything wrong.Has anybody heard of this problem???Any answers would greatly be appreciated!!!!!!

Congratulations...THAT'S IT! All you have to do is jump to different newsgroups and post away, after you get the hang of it, it will take about 30 seconds for each newsgroup! **REMEMBER, THE MORE NEWSGROUPS YOU POST IN, THE MORE MONEY YOU WILL MAKE!! BUT YOU HAVE TO POST A MINIMUM OF 200** That's it! You will begin receiving money from around the world within days!   I have a gsxr400r gk76. I have had my bike about 2 months but it has just started playing up,I was coming home and the bike just seem to die it picked up again then went again, I put it on reserve fuel but it didn't help. It spluttered home and I changed the plugs on advice from a friend, but it made no differance, but when had airbox off and started bike with fuel left in carbs it sounded lovely, so I thought airfilter,I changed the airfilter even though it looked fine, put it all back together and it runs like shit still! high revs it sounds ok but low revs 3-6k it struggles to stay running but past that it starts picking up and at 8-9k it takes off! The airbox is so hard to relocate on back of all carbs at same time,and on running I noticed petrol leeking from 2 of the airtakes on back of carbs,when I took it off petrol was bubbling back out of the air intakes on 2 carbs? is that right? a second time it was only doing it on 1 and now none are at the moment but it still runs like shit!! but I've noticed that it seems to run fine without the tank on?? well thats where I'm at, its dark outside so I'm on the net trying to plan what to do tomorrow to it.   I bought a crashed GSXR400R GK76. Can anyone tell me if the cables should all run down one side of the frame as there are cable holders on both sides but at the moment they all go on one side.   I am reassembling my katana 600 and forgot what hose goes where I have four Ts on my carbs two to split the bowls down below on both sides and two Ts up top where do they hook up on the tank my tank has the reserve valve which has three inlets and two other inlets one is located on the gas meter bottom and one is built into the tank for vetilation.Does anyone have diagrams or picture of where the hoses are routed????
