Thanks, I'v even tried taking the margin to 0" but still lost the first letters. I solved it this time by changing the print out to landscape instead of protrait. I'll try different settings to see if can get it resolves. Glad others had the same problem so I don't feel so computer illiterate. Thanks for the suggestions. -- The HarmyBoard HarmDrive
