I don't think there is any emails that get sent out about real viruses. I think most of the junk nowadays is spam and not so much a virus. Rule of thumb don't open any attachment especially exe. Ask who sent it if they did really send it before opening. Do a virus scan on it before opening it also. Also be very careful about following links in an email.
