Subject: Help!!

I don't suppose anyone has any advice for me. I'm trying to watch a Bones episode from the "Fox on Demand" website. I went there yesterday and was prompted to download some software to view the episode - I did (although I chose to "run" instead of "save" it at the time). It looked as though I was going to be able to view the video no problem after that, although I didn't have time to by that point.
When I went back to the website tonight to watch it, everytime I click on the icon to view the ep, it doesn't prompt me to download the software again, but just after the video screen comes up, a black rectangle pops up on the screen. It doesn't ask anything - it just partially obscures the screen. I can still press the play button, but nothing happens.
I'm running IE, I've tried updating Flashplayer and restarting, but nothing works. I don't even know what that software I ran from the site last night was called so I can't uninstall it and download it again, or can I?

Anyway, I'd appreciate any help - I want to watch Bones!!! Thanks!

[> One thing to try is going to Tools | Internet Options and clearing the cache and cookies. Also if have a firewall program maybe turning it off before trying to watch it. I wonder if they are blockling it for anyone outside of the US. Inside for more -- Hope, 06:01:54 11/09/07 Fri [1]

I went to it myself and wants to install Movie Media Player. Could try uninstalling this add on through Add/Remove Program. Listed under Movie Networks Movie Media Player.

[> [> I have sometimes been unable to get a show because I'm in Canada. If you can't get it Gibs, maybe someone could send it to you through You Send It. I no longer have it, or I would do so. -- Cece, 07:42:58 11/09/07 Fri [1]

[> [> [> Yeah - I was thinking that before but the last time, I actually got a msg that said I could not view the videos outside of the US. This time it just says error. Weird. Anyway, thanks Hope - I tried your suggestions but no luck - I think I'll just look for them on uTube - thanks though! -- Gibs, 11:32:07 11/09/07 Fri [1]
