Subject: BIG PROBLEM HELP !

I'm at my 2nd laptop.

When I was on internet, at a given time, about 20 minutes or less, or 1 hour, well at any time, I was disconnected from internet, in having a message who appeared : " you have been disconnected " " yes " " no " .
I had to click of course, on " yes " and have to close internet, so I could re - connect.

It never was found what it was. I changed my laptop, 1, or 2 years ago, and it's re - biginning. I'm VERY AFRAID.

PLEASE HELP ME !

[> I don't think you have to be afraid. Are you on wireless? Often when I boot up, I don't get instant connection on my laptop, and have to click on a box. Then connection is made. When I'm on my wireless desktop, and I get disconnected, I first check the old computer (not wireless) to see if the my server is down. If I can go online on the old computer, but not the wireless, I just disconnect AND unplug the wireless router, and then reconnect and plug back in. Then I get connected again. -- Cece (I'm not an expert, but I don't think connection problems have anything to do with your computer.), 04:07:57 11/10/07 Sat [1]

I live in France, and I'm at Orange ( who was before " France Telecom " ), I made a research on internet and founded a french forum, where it seems that I'm not the only one in this situation. The peoples who have, like me, for internet " France Télécom " now " Orange ", said that " Orange " don't care about this problem. At a given time, in the chatting, appeared a guy, who said that he works at " Orange " and explained what to do. Apparently, you can repair the damnage by yourself. I made a copy / to paste of the link and save it. It said in it whitch manipulation to do.

I'm thinking to change for " Free " it's seems in France it with this one that you've the best for internet.

Thank you for your help.

I don't know who have had the idea to create this forum, because it reassuring to know that kind of forum exists.
Thank you a bunch !!!

P.S : Sorry for the english
