Subject: sj, I can't help you but I can tell you what I would do. First, I would put the co in google like "Wild Blue" + reviews or "Wild Blue " + problem. I would also call and see how fast you can get through. inside...
In reply to: sj 's message, "Satellite Internet Access" on 08:26:23 02/27/07 Tue

In Dallas, we had Directv for our cable and loved it except it went down everytime a big storm was brewing. That will happen with your internet too. But you have no choice so I would just find out everything I could about the companies. I never believe just one review because anyone can write anything including lies about a company.

[> [> I have read some of the reviews out there on the internet and they are downright scary. I've already had a bad experience with one satellite company not working correctly, but the failure was so bad they let me out of the contract. That was a small company and I'm afraid after all I've read of Wild Blue that I'll be screwed and out the $80/month. I'm hoping to get the opinions of someone I "know" on the board. -- sj, 11:55:49 02/27/07 Tue [1]
