I am very surprised that there was a problem on Monday. Even the local news reported that since it was a PennDOT holiday their drivers were 'on overtime'. You know where I live and we first carted out our snow to 'stationing' areas. Then it headed for the reservoirs, etc. There is still more of it here than we'd like to see.
