To preface this message, I know the structure of club sports in university in New Zealand is quite different than in the US, so just try to translate this into terms that best fits the Kiwi system, and if Intercollegiate Irish Dance competition still sounds like it would interest you and your University group, please contact us:

Hello all,
After the success of the first two Intercollegiate Irish Dance Competitions at Villanova and the University of Dayton this year, it is the goal to expand and further support this movement in the years to come. We're currently trying to assemble a central directory of active Irish dance clubs at Universities around the world to make dissemination of information, collaboration and communication easier among the groups.
I'm asking for a representative from each active Irish dance club to send the following information to the e-mail address attached:

Name of school
Current captain/contact
Current e-mail contact
Location of school

If the leadership is not yet established for next year for your club, just send the other information, and I'll follow up later once that's been decided.
Also, if you know the contact info for a club that is not your own, you're welcome to send that on--I realise not everyone reads these boards, but we do want as comprehensive a list as possible.

Thanks for your help--we're looking forward to very big and exciting things for Collegiate Irish Dance!
