While they are fiction based on non-fiction, why can't there be consistencey in things? Why can't the same actors play the same parts and if they can't, why use someone else? Maybe there is a lazyness on part of the writers,producers,etc who don't keep track of what has happened before. While the main thought of each show is what is important, why be careless with the rest? While the show was about John-boy and his writing about his family, people put up with a fake John-boy, would people put up with a fake Zeb Walton.
