It is interesting to see the different walks of life that the Waltons appeal to. I am in my mid-thirties and I am a stay-at-home dad. I homeschool our two older boys. I have several part-time jobs: I work at a funeral home as a funeral assistant, I do two paper routes (at 2a.m. in the morning), and I have a security guard job that I do on the weekends. This does not account for the church work, the scouts, a southern gospel quartet, and many other things. I actually want to be a hospital chaplain when I grow up!
