all fasting is gonna do is make you start using your fat reserves.
your body cells can grab any substance you ingest and make atp out of it(atp = cell fuel)
but your BRAIN cells require energy gained from fat exclusively,technically glucose.
lets jsut say though your brain cells cant take anything and convert it to their form for atp...body cells can.
go google it a bit and be careful with that fasting thing.
if you get cold easily and your not a stick figure it means you dont metabolise very quickly(metabolism makes heat energy in your body) so pay careful attention to your body when your doing this hey?
