Ducking into the forest she kept running, terrified that she would be killed next. The humans in the city had orders to pass through the glittering portal that lay at the center of it if she and Daven didn't return within a certain period of time. There was no way she was going to make it back before her people, those that remained, left and she knew it, instead she ran away from the city, hoping that if she was pursued it would keep them from finding the city before the last of the humans within it escaped.
