For those that weren't aware (I just found out today) Daylight Savings times have changed starting this year.

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME CHANGE FOR 2007 AND 2008:

Beginning in 2007, Daylight Saving Time (DST) begins for most of the United States at: 2 a.m. on the Second Sunday in March until 2 a.m. on the First Sunday of November. The new starts and stop dates were set in the Energy Policy Act of 2005. The bill amends the Uniform Time Act of 1966 by changing the start and end dates of daylight saving time starting in 2007. The legislation moved the start of DST forward in 2007 by three weeks -- it will begin this year on March 11, rather than the traditional first Saturday in April. Also, DST won't end until November 4, a week later than the traditional last Saturday in October.

Clocks will be set ahead one hour on the second Sunday of March instead of the current first Sunday of April. Clocks will be set back one hour on the first Sunday in November, rather than the last Sunday of October.

This will affect accuracy of electronic clocks that had pre-programmed dates for adjusting to daylight saving time. The date for the end of daylight saving time has the effect of increasing evening light on Halloween (October 31).

* In 2007, daylight time begins on March 11 and ends on November 4.

* In 2008, daylight time begins on March 9 and ends on November 2.
