Subject: Material didático explícito ou não-explícito

Colegas:

O que vocês pensam sobre a 'natureza e o grau de explicitação' dos materiais didáticos que vocês usam (ou usaram) para ensino de Inglês? Quão explícitos eles são (eram)?

Creio que não é difícil listar as razões para a adoção de alguns materiais didáticos para ensino de Inglês na maioria das escolas brasileiras... O que vocês podem me dizer sobre isso? Tenho minhas convicções, mas gostaria de estar enganado... muito enganado!!!
