(He said softly to her, then lifted his head to the sky as a dark form swept past several miles away. He was always aware of the drakon on his lands. He rested his chin against his chest again and let out a deep sigh.) I dinna want to fash o'er things tonight, but I canna seem to stop myself from doing just that. (How was he to provide for her? He wanted to bite his own brother for looking at her, and that scared him a bit. Nathan wasn't like that with Heather.. not towards family. Sighing, he kissed her neck tenderly, only then noticing the dark line of a burn scar against her skin. He frowned, pulling his head back and lifting her hair to reveal the delicate line of a dragon on her shoulder. Its tail rested against her neck where he had kissed her. He had marked her.. she was his fated mate afterall. He had known it, of course, though he had denied it.. but here was the truth of it staring him in the face.) Bree.. if I asked ye to stay here wi' me, forever, what would ye say? (He asked in a slightly guilty sounding voice.)
