IMO, this market was a destination. This area isn't as much anymore, so many of the new young faces most likely won't be here to have the time embedded in the city to grow his / her roots. Aside from a Pittman, Finnegan and Johnson, I just don't think there are too many Sally Wiggin's around anymore who would stay here if they can make more money elsewhere in a bigger market. Can't blame them.
